The Unicist Standard is based on integrating the personal action of leaders with objects based on the institutionalization of their role.

The Unicist Standard is based on integrating the personal action of leaders with objects based on the institutionalization of their role.

Unicist Object Driven Leadership is a back to basics in leadership. The concept of leadership is defined by the integration of authority, participation and power. This is self-evident.

Objects sustain the power of leaders avoiding to exert such power. In this sense, objects work as:

1) Drivers to make things happen

2) Catalysts to accelerate action

3) Inhibitors, working as a non-exerted dissuasion power

4) Gravitational forces of leaders’ authority

You will be accessing a new world, which is at the same time a back to basics. It implies producing more results and being a natural leader in all those fields where you can integrate your personal action with the use of institutionalizing objects.

Most of the fallacies people make are based on the misperception of reality. This open program is an extremely unveiling experience.

Most of the fallacies people make are based on the misperception of reality. This open program is an extremely unveiling experience.

The apparently philosophical discussion of “believing to see or seeing to believe” becomes a central aspect to be solved so as to develop accurate diagnoses on reality in order to influence it.

This program developed by Diana Belohlavek is not a theoretical approach to perception and credibility, but a practical approach to improve the capacity of perceiving and dealing with actual realities based on the Unicist Standard.

The discovery that the need to believe drives credibility and that credibility is only possible within an authoritative context changes the paradigms of communication. It will open new doors to design communications and influence the environment.
