The use of Unicist Business Objects is only possible for those who are willing to assume the full responsibility for producing results.

The use of Unicist Business Objects is only possible for those who are willing to assume the full responsibility for producing results.

All those who do not need or want to assume full responsibility for results feel endangered by using objects because they “substitute” them in their minds. Although this is objectively false, people who just consider their responsibility for being a “mean” in a process, need to avoid the use of objects.

This can be done using an infinite variety of “tricks”: denial, modification, destruction, criticism,” yes, but”, etc.

The use of Unicist Business Objects transforms their users in the “Generals” of their activity, using the objects as their “Soldiers”.

The use of objects is extremely powerful, cheap and effective if an individual needs to produce results. It transforms businesses in simple effective processes driven by objects.

This is what the Unicist Standard is about.

Last week, TURI’s Marketing Manager said “…the Unicist Standard is a Rolls-Royce car” provoking a harsh response of a Unicist Business Search Engine user.

Last week, TURI’s Marketing Manager said “…the Unicist Standard is a Rolls-Royce car” provoking a harsh response of a Unicist Business Search Engine user.

This generated the need of clarifying what a Rolls-Royce is, and if dealing with the nature of businesses, to diagnose, develop future scenarios, build strategies and design organizations based on the unicist theory of evolution, is essentially analogous or not.

If you Google “unicist theory of evolution” or “unicist ontology of evolution” you will find access to all the information you need.

The questions we are posing to be able to understand Rolls-Royce’s benchmarks are:

1) What is it that it offers?
2) Why is it homologous to the Unicist Standard?
3) What other analogous cases are there in the market?

Listening to Rolls-Royce’s presentation is strongly recommended:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r4_-fbGNjqI

Please reflect on the presentation to go beyond the appearance of the products and the pre-concepts you might have.

The Unicist Research Institute researched the Rolls-Royce market 15 year ago in order to discover its ontological structure and develop homologous strategies in other markets.

In two weeks you will be able to access the answer on this blog.

The Unicist Standard is based on integrating the personal action of leaders with objects based on the institutionalization of their role.

The Unicist Standard is based on integrating the personal action of leaders with objects based on the institutionalization of their role.

Unicist Object Driven Leadership is a back to basics in leadership. The concept of leadership is defined by the integration of authority, participation and power. This is self-evident.

Objects sustain the power of leaders avoiding to exert such power. In this sense, objects work as:

1) Drivers to make things happen

2) Catalysts to accelerate action

3) Inhibitors, working as a non-exerted dissuasion power

4) Gravitational forces of leaders’ authority

You will be accessing a new world, which is at the same time a back to basics. It implies producing more results and being a natural leader in all those fields where you can integrate your personal action with the use of institutionalizing objects.

Over-adaptation to the establishment implies its sanctification, and drives to the avoidance of the responsibility of improving the environment. Cultures that foster rebel individualistic behaviors necessarily generate involution. Both over-adaptation and individualistic rebellion drive to involution.

Evolution implies competing with the establishment improving what has been received in order to ensure evolution and create an own place in order to satisfy the personal needs.

The first part, the improvement of what has been received is a work with a social responsibility, the second part deals with the ego of the person who has assumed the responsibility.

A culture is in involution if individuals begin with their own egocentric desires. In both extremes, leading cultures and surviving cultures, addictions of any kind become a natural response.

Guilt liberators produce paradoxical results when they sustain their clients by “insufflating air” into their clients’ ego.

The reading of Diana Belohlavek’s book on Talent development is strongly recommended.

Teaching is intellectually driven and learning is necessarily action driven. You decide if your goal is your mind or action.

But “Teaching vs. Learning” is a fallacious option. While teaching provides a secure environment for individuals, learning, on the other hand, is based on the internal freedom of individuals.

The model “theory – practice” is the natural model for teaching. The path “action-thought/reflection – action” is the natural approach to learning.

I strongly recommend accessing the metaphor on Business-wolves.

I strongly recommend accessing the metaphor on Business-wolves.

“They are driven by envy which has been defined by Buddhists as the integration of greed and jealousy. The German word for envy “Schadenfreude” makes it much clearer. It means the joy of damaging.

The German saying: “Schadenfreude ist die schönste Freude” says that “the joy of producing damages is the greatest joy” implies that envy produces a great pleasure when it is used. It generates a great pleasure when destroying by action or inaction.

Therefore you can see that business-wolves pee all the time their hypothetical territory and destroy or downgrade everything they think might threaten their territory or self-esteem.”
