The use of the unicist approach increases the level of consciousness in decision making.

The use of the unicist approach increases the level of consciousness in decision making. It allows defining what is possible to be achieved in an activity considering its characteristics and the characteristics of its restricted and wide contexts.

It allows individuals to:

• Understand the concept that is implicit in the role an individual has and forecast her/his actions.
• Understand the attitudes and intentions of people.
• Expand the boundaries of their activities including maximal and minimum strategies.
• Transform uncertainty into manageable risks by apprehending the nature of a specific reality.
• Define the possibilities of significant decisions.
• Establish relationships based on true complementation.
• Manage conflicts by understanding their nature.
• Understand cultural scenarios and the possible trends.
• Understand the unicist approach to businesses.
• Focus on the nature of problems and not only on their evident aspects.
• Apprehend the unified field of any situation in order to drive, inhibit the entropy, catalyze and use gravitational forces to influence it.
• Assume the responsibility for results after the possibility to produce them has been confirmed.
• Understand individual, institutional and social evolution.

Managing the unicist approach at a personal level fosters expansion, adaptation and the generation of added value.

Speed is the basic condition for the success of artists, professionals or companies. The technological development, among other factors, made speed a central issue in business.

Speed is the basic condition for the success of artists, professionals or companies. The technological development, among other factors, made speed a central issue in business.

Power, considered from the Physics point of view and regarded as a universal concept, is defined by the quantity of work that is done in a unit of time.

P = Work/Time

If we take a look at the most successful artists, they are the ones that can produce their “work” (art) in a quantity of events that make them fast in relation to the market possibilities.

If we analyze the alliances that are made in the business world, they all include a search for speed beyond their possible complementation or supplementation of their products or services.

In business, speed depends mainly on the knowledge one has of what is being done. The one who better knows what s/he is doing is faster than the rest. And this standard of speed is given by the market, not by the individual.

In this sense, it’s important to bear in mind that the “survivors” in the business world need to stop or slow down the speed, since they do what they can instead of what is needed.

On the other hand, the central actors of a market search for an increase in speed to be ahead of their competitors and see first in the market what others have not yet seen. Speed depends on an attitude.

This is part of the cycle “Opening the Pandora Box of Social Evils”. Social chronic problems need to be cured and not only palliated. Paradoxically, opening the “box” of these problems allows curing them while closing it only palliates them and increases their destructive power.

The Unicist Research Institute promotes: 2012, the year of the “Possible”.

This year The Unicist Research Institute has celebrated the 35th anniversary with the most fruitful research effort in their history having finished more than 600 researches including some of them than demanded far more than 20 years (consciousness, unified field of human adaptive systems, etc). They made 600 new aspects in the field of individual, institutional and social fields become possible.

The unicist approach is based on finding out what is possible in order to focus on it. The unicist approach deals with the “possible”, defined as a noun. It has to be considered that a possibility is a conditional situation while the “possible” is an assertive fact.

What is possible sustains success. Everything that is possible can be achieved. But this has a problem: while it provides the security of what can be done, it demands the freedom of assuming the responsibility for doing it.

The crises in the world happen because something was not “possible” but this situation was disregarded. Failures are always a consequence of someone trying to do something impossible or of something possible that was not done because people did not assume the responsibility.

That is why The Unicist Research Institute promotes:

2012, the year of the “Possible”

Influential leaders are doers in their field. They may be artists, football players, businessmen / women, politicians or whatsoever. Their common characteristic is that leaders need to make things happen.

The Unicist Ontology of Leadership describes the ontogenetic map that defines the natural way an individual is able to exert leadership maximizing results and minimizing conflicts.

The Unicist Standard for leadership is based on establishing procedures to foster a leadership style that is functional to the goals that need to be achieved. Essentially, leadership implies the integration of authority, participation and power. This is self evident.

The questions that will be answered during the Unicist Tweetinar are:

What is the benefit of managing the ontogenetic map of leadership?

Why does the knowledge of the DNA of leadership help to build the authority of the leader?

How can organizational consensus be managed?

Does participation expand the power of leadership?

What is a democratic leadership in hierarchical organizations?

When is it necessary to exert a non-democratic leadership?

What is the implication of reverted leadership?

We recommend watching the video on this subject in order to find your responses to these questions:

NOTE: The Unicist Research Institute is a pioneer in complexity science research. More than 4,000 unicist ontological researches were developed since 1976 until July 2011 in the field of individual, institutional and social evolution. They included the development of the unicist ontogenetic maps (DNA) of institutions.
